Re-engaging dormant buyers on WhatsApp
Find buyers you haven't traded with recently and offer them available stock on WhatsApp, with consent checks built in.
Re-engage helps you win back buyers who have gone quiet by offering them stock you have available right now.
Before you start
- Have at least one lot. If you don't, you'll see "Create a lot before looking for dormant buyers to re-engage."
- Connect WhatsApp Business. Go to Connections. Until it's connected, Re-engage shows "Connect WhatsApp to continue."
How it works
- Open Re-engage and pick a lot under Available stock.
- Frucado lists dormant buyers who are a good fit for that lot and have agreed to receive WhatsApp messages.
For each buyer, review the message, then:
- Approve intent to lock in the message and the recipient, or
- Dismiss if they're not right for this lot.
- Click Send WhatsApp to send an approved message.
Approving and sending are separate steps on purpose: you always get a final look before anything goes out.
Consent comes first
Frucado only messages buyers who have a recorded WhatsApp marketing opt-in. Consent is checked again right before sending. If a buyer hasn't opted in, sending is blocked and you'll see "Sending is blocked until the contact has recorded WhatsApp marketing opt-in."
To stop all automated outreach to someone, mark the contact Do not contact under Contacts. Their history is kept.
"Safe simulation mode"
If Re-engage shows Safe simulation mode or Real sending is locked, real WhatsApp sending isn't switched on for your workspace yet. You can try the whole flow, but no real messages are sent. Ask your administrator to switch it on.
