A lot is a batch of produce you want to sell. Frucado suggests buyers for it and drafts an offer for each one. You review, adjust and approve.

1. Add the lot

  1. Open Lots and click New lot.
  2. Describe it in plain words, the way you would to a colleague. For example:

    • Avocado Hass cal 16 from Peru, 2 pallets, own account, around €11.20/case
    • White seedless grapes, South Africa, commission, size 18
  3. Check the details Frucado picks out (product, origin, size, quantity, price, terms) and correct anything that's off.

2. Review the suggested buyers

Frucado looks at your trading history and suggests buyers who are likely to be interested. Each gets a draft offer.

  • Don't want to offer to someone? Remove them with one click.
  • Want a different buyer? Use Find me someone else here →.

3. Check the offer text

Offers start from the Standard offer template. Click Edit template to change it, then Apply to all to update every draft at once. You can still edit any single offer on its own afterwards.

4. Approve and send

Click Approve & send on each offer you're happy with. It's emailed from your connected mailbox, so the buyer sees it come from you and replies land in your inbox. If an offer can't be sent, you'll see why straight away and can try again.

You need a connected mailbox to send offers. See Connecting your Gmail or Outlook mailbox.

5. Follow up

The lot shows how many offers are out and who has replied. Replies appear in Inbox, linked to the buyer's contact.
