Signing in to Frucado
Sign in with a one-click email link or your password, and what to do if a link doesn't work.
Frucado is invite-only: your administrator adds you first, then you can sign in with your work email.
Sign in with an email link (recommended)
- Go to live.frucado.com and enter your work email.
- Click Email me a sign-in link.
- Open the email from Frucado <no-reply@frucado.com> and click Sign in to Frucado.
That's it: no password needed. The link works on any device, so you can request it on your laptop and open it on your phone.
Good to know:
- Each link is valid for 1 hour and can be used once.
- If you click Email me a sign-in link several times in a row, you may see "Too many sign-in links requested." Wait a minute and try again.
- For security, the login page says a link is on its way whether or not that email has an account.
Sign in with a password
If you've set a password, you can still use it on the login page. Forgotten it? Click Send reset email, open the email, and choose a new one.
Troubleshooting
What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
No email arrives | Check your spam or junk folder, then send another link. Make sure you used the address your administrator added. |
"This link is invalid or has expired" | Links last 1 hour and work once. Request a new one. |
"No access" after clicking the link | Your account exists but isn't active in Frucado. Ask your administrator to activate it. |
