Share feedback from inside Frucado, plus redesigned sign-in emails

Two improvements this week: an easier way to tell us what you need, and sign-in emails that are clearer and more reliable.

A Feedback button in the top bar

Click Feedback at the top of any page to share an idea, report a problem, or vote on what others have suggested. You can also browse help articles and see what's new without leaving Frucado.

• No extra sign-in. You're recognised automatically as yourself, so we can follow up with you directly.
• Matches your theme. The panel opens in light or dark mode to match the setting you chose in Frucado.

Redesigned sign-in emails

Every email Frucado sends about your account has a new, cleaner design: sign-in links, invitations, password resets, and security notices.

• Sign-in links now work on any device. Request a link on your laptop and open it on your phone, or the other way round.
• Clear sender. Emails come from Frucado <no-reply@frucado.com>, so they're easy to recognise and less likely to land in spam.
• Clear expiry. Each email says how long its link is valid (1 hour) and that it can only be used once.
